Texas Health and Human Services Commission (THHSC) law require that the employers run a criminal background check on each employee, individuals with the certain convictions would not be able to take the program. You will have to contact THHSC to determine if you can or can’t sit for the class. No. we require you pay a minimum of $100 during registration. You can pay the balance on the first day of class or you follow a flexible payment plan.

It depends on the exam. Nurse Aide Exam fee is $125. Medication Exam fee is $25 payable to the State/State Vendor

We assist you in getting a job. We work with several employers in the Metroplex but cannot guarantee employment. 

No. You have the TB test or other shots required for the training before your clinicals.

Yes. You wear scrubs to Clinicals for CNA while you wear any color of scrub to class for Medication Aide.

The clinical rotations are done at Matlock Place and Rehabilitation Centre, Arlington, TX for CNA. Clinicals will be performed at your respective place of work for Medication Aide.

We offer refresher courses for those with expired licenses.

All students with good standing with the school will get a certificate of completion upon successful completion of the program.

You will have to buy your textbook. All other necessary materials required for the program will be provided to you.

You can take your exam at Teamwork Career Institute, LLC or at any of the other testing centers approved as Testing sites.
